Refunds

Refunds and processing time details:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• In-store returns may be processed on the same day, depending on inspection.

We accept returns on most physical tools and accessory products under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Certain items (such as glue, tabs and other one-time use items are non-returnable.
